HOUSTON – Memorial Hermann Health System has launched the Memorial Hermann Find My Way app aimed at improving the patient experience while reducing late and missed appointments. “At Memorial Hermann, we recognize that navigating health care can be frustrating,” said David Bradshaw, executive vice president and chief strategy officer at Memorial Hermann, in a statement. “We’ve made it our mission to put our patients first, and that means removing barriers by directly addressing some of the most common complaints—particularly difficulties with wayfinding and parking.” Find My Way is powered by Connexient, and features beacon blue dot technology that guides a patient or visitor from their starting destination to their final destination by providing door-to-door directors through hospital departments, physician offices and more. The app also features a parking planner.
