PARIS – Tilak Healthcare has raised $2.6 million in funding to accelerate the development of its therapeutic mobile games for chronic diseases. “At Tilak, we are proud to adapt the power of video games and entertainment to health care, thanks to our very distinctive positioning in the digital health world,” said Edouard Gasser, CEO of Tilak Healthcare in a statement. Tilak is a startup from the iBionext Growth Fund network, specializing in digital health care. The company’s first application will target opthamology with macular diseases, offering screening and prevention solutions. “The alliance of video games and medicine offers great potential to make Tilak Healthcare a leader in therapeutic mobile games,” said Alexia Perouse, CEO of iBionext Growth Fund.
